Ingredients for a Dog's Lunch

This is just what it looks like: a dog's lunch! Well the beginnings of one: handmade art journal using collaged and altered papers, many "found". Still a ways to go but the process is a blast and really the end product should be as much fun. Color! Texture! Surprise pockets!

Gifts From Strangers

Was at the local hardware store snooping around for paint chips to study for our new front door when the cute young man helping me offered this wonderful book of chips. For keeps! I swear it's like an encyclopedia of color. California Claret or Crimson Velvet?
Got me thinking - what sort of people make up the naming committee. Or is there one 'author' - a Bill Shakespeare of color naming?
For shits and grins, tell me your most outrageous color name. Describe it even. I'll double-check against the master list. If it's new, you got game and bragging rights.
